Gift for her. Macro honey drop 1-1.5
Process: Dilute honey. Filter with fine cloth. Add sugar and boil to require viscosity. To check honey viscosity during boiling, dip a fork and drips the honey into a cup of cold water. If the honey spreads easily, it's still too thin. The idea viscosity archive when the drips slowly dissolve forming a ring like.
